Winning The Weight Battle
Robyn Schofield, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, knows about victory. This four-time cancer survivor used the Slimplicity Weight Loss System to win another lifelong battle, this time with her weight. She was the runner-up in Relìv’s “Tons of Fun” Promotion, dropping 86 pounds and 52 inches — and earned the title of “Most Inspirational Story.” “This is the first time ever that I’ve felt so good about myself,” she says. “When I started, I was wearing a size 22. Now I’m in a size 14. I’m actually going to the gym to work out and I don’t feel self-conscious about it. ”Robyn has been overweight her entire life, a problem exacerbated by her years of cancer treatments. The weight loss has turned back the clock. “I’m 37 years old and I feel like a teenager! There are no words to describe how thankful I am for Dr. Carl [Hastings],” she says. “Being overweight affects you emotionally. After I lose 20 more pounds, I’ll be half the person I was in body, but my outlook on life is bigger and better than ever. For once, I’m comfortable in my own skin! I’ve got a totally different life.”
